K. Datta & Associates was founded with a vision of being an agile and dynamic legal practice that could deliver bespoke solutions. From our inception in 2000 by Advocate Krishnendu Datta, who later stepped down from his role in the firm after having been designated as a Senior Advocate in 2021, we have steadily grown into a formidable full-service firm driven by an illustrious leadership while continuing to be inspired by the legal heritage of the firm.
Today, we are a 20+ strong versatile team based in New Delhi with lawyers, consultants, advisors and multi-disciplinary professionals adeptly navigating the intersections of law, business strategy, corporate governance and regulatory frameworks across sectors.
